Dave and Chuck the Freak

This could be a first, a crowd surfing incident led to a DUI.

A school superintendent in New York was seen crowd surfing during a high school football game on Friday (You can see a clip of it below). Several students reported that they thought he might have been under the influence and reported it to school officials.

Leaving the game police noticed that he was driving a vehicle without a front license plate and not signaling when making a turn.  They stopped him and gave him a field sobriety test. His blood-alcohol was nearly twice the legal limit.

He was arrested for DUI. It’s unclear if he’ll keep his job.
