Madonna speaks onstage during the 2021 MTV Video Music Awards at Barclays Center on September 12, 2021 in the Brooklyn borough of New York City.

It’s no secret that Madonna has gone under the knife to maintain an image of youthfulness. Some may feel that the 64-year-old “Queen of Pop” has taken it too far these days. Her TikToks are disturbing some fans who have said that she looks “unrecognizable.”

In her latest TikTok, posted on Friday (November 4), the “Vogue” singer” shows close-ups of her face, with bleached eyebrows and cheek filler. Wearing black lingerie, the pop star turns to her side to show her backside twerking in the short clip after sticking her tongue out while her assistants are in the background of the dressing room.

One fan commented, “This is not the Madonna I know,” with a crying face. Another fan commented, “I still can’t believe this is THE MADONNA!” with a surprised-face emoji. Another wrote, “At first I was slightly appalled but then I remembered that this is Madonna. My feelings are irrelevant.” One person said, “She’s got that Lil Kim look going on.” Another compared her to the “Princess of Pop,” Britney Spears, writing, “Britney Spears vibes going on. Lol.” “YIKES!” wrote another, while someone said, “Someone stage an intervention.”

“Madonna doesn’t exist anymore.. I haven’t a clue who this person is..,” wrote another fan. “NOOO you have always been a Queen what has happened to the Material Girl,” asked another fan. “not gonna lie, I LOVE Madonna but this is tragic….,” wrote one person. “Your an icon! You don’t need to do this! It’s beneath you!” pleaded another fan. “Is that really her? Surely not ?” wrote one shocked fan. “Reminds me of barbarian,” commented another TikToker. “Madonna , girl..aging isn’t a bad thing. I barely could believe that it was really you..Our generation is wild for you , show our kids THE Madonna!?” wrote another.

In another TikTok, a seemingly bare-faced Madonna clutches her face while the audio, “Oh my god, oh my god, why did you do that?” Then whispers at the end, “I don’t know.”
