A couple from Rhode Island are facing some charges for abusing their pets as well as mistreating two other wandering dogs.
Andrew Sanville and Amanda Bray have been charged with animal cruelty and abandonment for mistreating several cats and dogs. During the investigation Warwick Police and RI-SPCA seized two dogs and 13 cats from the couple.
The residence they were living in was in such terrible condition it was actually condemned by the housing department.

In addition to the pets they couple were charged with abusing, there were two black furred wandering dogs that locals think are dog-wolf hybrids they allegedly abused as well.
