Family Says They’ve Been Living In An Underground Bunker For Three Years

A guy named, Ruben Romero, from Georgia had spent seven years on the hunt for an underground bunker to move his family into. Well it finally paid off!

He found a 13-acre plot of land, complete with an underground bunker, for $300K and they moved in June of 2020.

Since then they have been working on renovating it. Slowly turning the underground bunker into their forever home for the past three years. The space is shared between him, his wife, three daughters, and a son.

Romero warns that getting into the bunker game is no easy feat. You can’t get a mortgage and there isn’t any demand for a property like this.  So any money that he has put in he will never see back.
