What bizarre thing did a passenger try to bring through Minneapolis airport?
An Iowa woman flying into Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) from Kenya last Friday had to have some of her items seized and destroyed.
She was traveling with a very bizarre item that US Customs and Border Patrol could not let enter the country. The woman declared that she was bringing back a small box of giraffe feces in her luggage.
She was not lying, there was in fact a box of giraffe turds, that CBP agricultural specialists seized. The woman told CBP the box of droppings was going to be used to make a necklace. You can see the turds below…

The CBP says that bringing fecal matter into the U.S. is a real danger. There is high possibility a disease could be contracted from this feces jewelry and could have developed into a serious health issue.
