Yoga is all about finding your inner peace. It’s a great way to relax and free your mind. Would that be easier without clothes on? Or, would that only cause more issues? One yoga studio is now offering a “clothing optional” class.
Of course, people are divided on this. What does it entail? Let’s dive in.
Safe Space? Yoga Studio Offers ‘Clothing Optional’ Class
A yoga studio in Billings, Montana is now offering a class that’s clothing optional. The studio is called Limber Tree Yoga & Wellness, and they’re calling the clothing optional class “Bare Roots.” That makes sense. I get what they’re getting at. According to owner Clementine Lindley, the class is designed to “boost confidence, building community, and release trauma from the body.” Okay. I feel like that’s, like, all yoga?
However, people who have taken the class are saying great things about the experience. One male student says the naked class strips away body shaming, sexualization, and all judgement. He credits the class for boosting his confidence in a safe space. Okay, I can understand how it would do that. I can see it. Doing this would install confidence and a better understanding of the body. Just because you’re naked doesn’t mean it’s sexual. However, I could see some issues getting everyone on board with that. Sure, mature and enlightened people wouldn’t have an issue. But, what about the guy who shows up to the class because he hears there may be naked women? Is that guy allowed to sit in on the class or participate? Turns out, they thought about this. There are rules in place to protect participants.
What Are The Rules In Clothing Optional Yoga?
According to KBZK, you must be part of the community in order to participate, and you can’t be a one-time spectator. Additionally, you are required to attend at least two other classes prior to being able to register for Bare Roots. Also, there are no phones or cameras allowed and no inappropriate talking or gestures. Lastly, whatever happens in the room stays in the room.
This could be what finally gets Chuck The Freak to take a yoga class! Find out more on Bare Roots below!

5 Extreme Red Bull Sports That Should Be In The Olympics
The Summer Olympics will take place in Paris, France this Summer! Unfortunately, there’s not much to look forward to this year. There aren’t many well-known athletes competing in the games this year. Ratings aren’t expected to be great this time around. However, there is a way to bring a huge amount of viewers to the TV to watch the games. It will just require some changes to the games. Here are 5 extreme Red Bull sports that should be in the Olympics!
These extreme sports will likely not be in the games any time soon. However, if they want good ratings they should definitely add these sports to the lineup.
5 Extreme Red Bull Sports That Should Be In The Olympics
The Paris games kick off Friday, July 26th and it will conclude on August 11th. At the 2024 Paris Games, there will be swimming, archery, rhythm gymnastics, tennis, diving, wrestling, and more. Sound exciting? Yeah, didn’t think so. However, if they added some extreme sports, things would probably be more interesting! Honestly, right now the thing I’m looking forward to seeing the most are cool shots of Paris. It’s a beautiful city. The competition? Not very exciting this time around.
Red Bull Sports have been making waves for a while now. They’ve done some very extreme stuff that has gone viral. Some of the things they’ve done have never been attempted before, and probably never will be again. That’s the kind of activity I want to see at the games! I can watch people swim in any public pool at any time during the summer months. These extreme sports are much harder to find.
Seriously, they should consider doing this. It’s not like they’d struggle to find athletes to compete in the games. There are people doing daring stunts and participating in extreme sports in every country in the world, I imagine. Additionally, people love watching this kind of stuff! It’s time to update the games a little. We need to bring them into the 21st century. How do we do that? Extreme sports. Here are 5 Red Bull sports I’d like to see integrated into the Olympics.
Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
