This is like that Clint Eastwood movie, "The Mule." Well, at least I imagine it is. I never saw the movie, but I know it's about an old man who traffics a lot of drugs. Well, so does this guy. How much marijuana was this 74-year-old Alabama man busted with? Find out below!
74-Year-Old Alabama Man Busted With A Lot Of Marijuana
What started as your ordinary traffic stop ended in a large discovery of drugs in Priceville, Alabama. This is one rad grandpa, that's for sure. My grandparents don't get into anything like what this guy was doing.
According to WHNT, 74-year-old Raymond Anthony Signorini was pulled over on I-565 for traffic violations but the officer found a large amount of drugs inside the vehicle. WHNT reports law enforcement found cocaine, drug paraphernalia, and close to 40 pounds of marijuana inside the car. 40 pounds! Even Cheech & Chong know that's a lot of weed. That's definitely more than some personal use.
The arresting officer had to have been shocked upon making the discovery. You'd never expect this guy to be hauling 40 pounds of marijuana! Sure, maybe a bit of cocaine. Alright, I'd understand that. However, not this! Clint Eastwood is probably out there writing the screenplay now (or talking to an empty chair--but definitely one of those).
Signorini was arrested and is now facing a long list of charges including: unlawful possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and trafficking marijuana.
