Is the Hawk Tuah Girl hype already over? Some people are saying so after a recent public appearance seemed pretty overwhelming.

For the past few weeks, Hailey Welch has been the talk of the internet. She's been dubbed the Hawk Tuah Girl after a street video went viral where she talked about how she "spits on that thang" in the bedroom. Everywhere you looked online, there she was. There were tons of memes and it was even reported that she moved to Hollywood. However, are things starting to slow down?

Recently, Hailey was brought out to announce performers at the Rock The South Festival in Alabama and she received a very underwhelming welcoming. The way things have been going online, you'd think the crowd would have been pumped to see the viral sensation for themselves. However, that does not appear to be the case.

It looks like her 15 minutes of fame could soon be coming to an end. Hopefully she hired a good agent when she allegedly moved out to Los Angeles. As the Hype Person at a concert, it's important to get the crowd going. That's your job! Unfortunately, it looks like she didn't execute her assignment.

Watching the video is pretty cringey. It hurts to watch. Hailey is seen trying to get the crowd pumped but nobody says anything. You could hear a pin drop in that crowd after her announcement. She had to let out a "woo!" just to attempt to get something started. Clearly, the crowd was not having it.

Could the Hawk Tuah Girl be having her 15 minutes of fame come to a close? Or is this just a one-time fluke? Sometimes, things can be huge online but nobody cares in the real world. I'm starting to think that this could be an example of that. She's cute, funny, and has a great presence. Maybe she should stick to doing things online?
