Excited ‘Wheel Of Fortune’ Contestant Knocks Ryan Seacrest Over

An excited Wheel Of Fortune contestant knocked Ryan Seacrest over celebrating his win. Now, the moment is going viral online.

Few shows seem to have as many viral moments as Wheel Of Fortune. Usually, those viral moments are from terrible guesses that the contestants make trying to solve the puzzle. We have seen that happen far too many times to count. However, this time around it's a bit different. The contestant didn't make an embarrassing guess--they actually won! In their excitement celebrating, though, they knocked over host Ryan Seacrest who took a pretty hard fall!

The contestant had just won a $40K grand prize, so you can't fault him for being excited about it. That contestant is Daniel Thomas, of Pittsburgh, who was able to solve the 7-letter puzzle in the "Living Things" category. With 10 seconds to solve the puzzle, Thomas was able to guess "Guppies" just before time expired and it was the correct response! The contestant then gave Seacrest a big hug but instead ended up knocking him to the ground and it was a pretty hard fall.

It seems like Ryan was a bit surprise by the move but was okay and unharmed during the fall. He quickly got back up to his feet to reveal that Thomas had just won $40K. That meant Thomas would be leaving the show with a total of $71,950 a pretty nice pay day! You can't blame him for being so excited about winning that amount of money! I would knock Ryan over too! I think we all would. Ryan has made comments before about how he loves seeing contestants win money--hopefully he still feels that way after taking that fall.

Good for him. I feel like it would be much worse if you go viral on Wheel Of Fortune for missing a clue and doing something embarrassing in your loss. If you win, who cares what mistakes or embarrassing things happen? You won! It's much much worse when you lose and then go viral. At least Daniel can keep his head up high and laugh along with the rest of us. This is just funny. When you see a contestant have a brain fart on the show and forget an obvious clue and can't solve the puzzle it's so much worse. It's one reason I would be scared of ever going on the show!
