A man's pet buffalo calf keeps getting him evicted from apartments. However, he's refusing to let go of his companion.

Apartment complexes can be weird about pets. Some won't allow certain breeds of dogs, some will have a weight limit, others won't allow certain animals like cats or reptiles. You never know what rules your apartment might have when it comes to pets. However, you can usually be certain that they will end up having a problem with your pet buffalo calf. Honestly, it's understandable. But that's not stopping one man in China from trying. 30-year-old Mr. Chen has been evicted from 2 apartments this year because of his pet buffalo calf. Will it happen again?

Man Gets Evicted From Apartments Because Of Pet Buffalo Calf

A pet buffalo calf would be a unique pet to have. I've never met one with one in the many apartments I've lived in. According to Oddity Central, Mr. Chen is a retired boxer who lives in China's Guangdong Province. Recently, he's become an internet celebrity because of his pet buffalo calf.

Oddity Central reports he had planned on getting a dog but the more he thought about it a pet buffalo calf just made since. He sees it as a reminder not to become a workhorse. Going with the dog probably would have been less problematic for him, however. Most apartments will let you have a dog. Despite the evictions, he's not giving up on Bull Demon King which I believe is the name of the pet buffalo calf.

It does look cute even though it seems to have caused some problems. Maybe if you own a home instead of renting a buffalo calf would make for a better pet. Living in an apartment is not the idea situation for that pet.

That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
