Was a 911 dispatcher ordering McDonald's while a man called for help? Umm...that's what it sounds like!

You don't want that to happen! If you have to call emergency services, you expect them to be attentive and ready to assist you during your emergency. It's not like you're going to be calling to chat and catch up. Well, that's apparently not what happened here. A man in Georgia is now speaking out after his horrible experience trying to call 911 when him and his wife thought someone was trying to break-in to their home. This could have ended much worse and thankfully it didn't.

According to WTOP, Dylan Johnson, of Chatham County, Georgia, is speaking out regarding his Valentine's Day experience calling emergency services when his wife told him she thought someone was trying to break-in to their home. So, Johnson first called the county's non-emergency line but there was no answer. So, he tried calling 911--3 times, according to WTOP.

Eventually, a dispatcher answered the call and could be heard speaking to someone else saying, "uh-huh...McGriddle...uh-huh," per WTOP. Following that, the dispatcher turned her attention back to Johnson saying, "I'm sorry, what?" WTOP reports that by the time cops arrived at Johnson's home the suspected intruder had left. Everyone at the home was reportedly safe and an investigation is underway into the situation.

You don't want your first responders ordering from McDonald's as you're dealing with an emergency.
