When you think of a summer BBQ, you probably think of hot dogs on the grill, burgers, cold beer, and sun. However, you can't forget about the sides! There's potato salad that's always delicious and there's Mac and Cheese which is a very popular side at BBQs. It could be homemade mac and cheese or it could be Kraft. How would you feel about BBQ-flavored Mac and Cheese? Sounds like it could be a good fit at your summer BBQ!

Kraft Coming Out With BBQ-Flavored Mac And Cheese

If you're a fan of Kraft Mac and Cheese, then I have to imagine this is going to excite you--especially if you're a fan of summer BBQs. Kraft is dropping Smoky Barbeque Mac and Cheese this summer and the limited-edition boxes taste exactly like you'd imagine, according to Food & Wine. It's described as a cheesy and smoky flavor with subtle sweetness of barbecue sauce.

I can be weirded out by odd combinations that these food companies come out with to try to get our attention. Sometimes, they try too hard and do too much. However, this time around it sounds different. There's nothing crazy about BBQ Mac and Cheese! It's the perfect fit.

Carolina Alfero tells Food & Wine, "Kraft Mac & Cheese has always been the ultimate dish to accompany the barbecue experience because our creamy, cheesy flavor perfectly complements the tangy, smoky tastes of barbecue seasonings and sauce. Kraft Mac & Cheese has brought comfort to our fans for almost 90 years, and with this new, limited-edition flavor, we're giving them a fresh way to enjoy a nostalgic favorite."

When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office.
