This is an interesting 'Hot Or Not?' because it's not just one person--it's a couple. Not any ordinary couple, it's a Florida couple. St. Petersburg if you want to be exact, I think local matters and will help you identify who they are and what they like to do.

The subjects are 29-year-old Ryan Cook and 27-year-old Kimberley Morey. According to The Smoking Gun, they were at the Where's Jubes bar in downtown St. Petersburg when they were arrested for allegedly engaging in lewd activity at a sidewalk cafe. A witness claims they saw Cook place his hand up his wife's dress and touched her private parts which caused a disturbance. Morey was charged for allowing her husband to place his hand up her dress and engage in sexual conduct, per The Smoking Gun.

They have both been charged with disorderly conduct and possession of an open container (bottles of Captain Morgan), per The Smoking Gun. They both pled no contest to the charges and have since been freed from county jail.
