Nebraska Man Attacks Neighbor With A Lightsaber

A Nebraska man is facing several felonies after being accused of attacking his neighbor with a lightsaber. The Force is not strong with this one.

On Dave & Chuck The Freak, we talk about lots of stories that unfortunately involve violence of some sort. In those stories, people have used a wide range of weapons from your typical ones like guns and knives, to machetes, to a loaf of wet bread. We've seemingly heard it all. Now, there's a new one to add to the list: a lightsaber. A man in Nebraska is now facing multiple felonies after he was arrested for attacking his 37-year-old female neighbor and her 7-year-old daughter with a lightsaber from Star Wars. You can see his mugshot provided by the Nemaha County Sheriff's Office below.

According to KETV, 25-year-old Aidan White was the man with the lightsaber and he reportedly admitted to striking the woman and her child. White claims he became upset with the victims because their rent was going to be raised due to them keeping the thermostat being set to high, per KETV.

Reports say the lightsaber was a higher quality device made of metal and thick plastic that was roughly 3.5ft long. Sounds like he's not stranger to using weird weapons. KETV says White previously chased a neighbor down the street with an ax. What?! He's now facing charges of felony child abuse and second-degree assault and is expected back in court on June 3rd. Sounds like this wasn't one of those cheap collapsible lightsabers that a lot of people had back in the day. This sounds like it was capable of actually doing some serious damage!
