A teddy bear would be quite the hiding place. You'd never expect to find a lot of cash inside of one. You never know what you might find when you go to bust a massage parlor, I guess. According to NJ.com, authorities in Edison, New Jersey executed the township's largest asset seizure to date and recovered more than $750k including $600k that was found sewn into a giant teddy bear.

NJ.com reports that it happened at Bliss Spa on Woodbridge Avenue and the Edison home of its manager, 47-year-old Daniela Diienno. Reports say they found $650k in cash, along with a 2025 Tesla Model Y, a Rolex, and a Cartier watch.
Diienno was charged with 1st-degree money laundering, 2nd-degree promoting organized street crime, 3rd-degree promoting prostitution, and 4th-degree maintaining a house of prostitution. 4 other women were each charged with engaging in or soliciting prostitution and were released on summonses, per NJ.com.
Edison Police Chief Thomas Bryan tells NJ.com, "This operation is a direct result of the commitment and coordination between departments and agencies that have worked tirelessly to dismantle organized criminal enterprises operating under the guise of legitimate business."
