Priceville Police DepartmentAn Alabama man wearing a "You Nailed It" shirt was arrested for DUI with an infant in his car. No, sir, you apparently did not nail it.
The incident reportedly happened in Priceville, Alabama. We talk about stuff like this a lot on Dave & Chuck The Freak. If you're wearing a ridiculous shirt at the time of your arrest, chances are pretty high that the show is going to talk about you. This guy is no different. He was wearing a shirt that said "You Nailed It" in his mugshot after being arrested for DUI, with an infant in the car. Not the best choice of attire for a mugshot photo. You can see that mugshot provided by the Priceville Police Department below.

Alabama Man With 'You Nailed It' Shirt Arrested For DUI With Infant In Car
According to ABC 3340, 27-year-old Ryan Yvez Hernandez from Somerville was arrested during a DUI field investigation. His vehicle was stopped at the intersection of Shoal Creek Road and Horse Center Road and was pulled over for suspicion of driving under the influence. During the investigation, police discovered an infant in a car seat in the back of the vehicle.
The investigation led officers to determine that Hernandez was showing signs of impairment leading to his arrest on DUI charges, reckless endangerment, possession of an open container, improper lane usage, driving without insurance, and operating a vehicle with an expired tag, per ABC 3340.
He is now being held at the Morgan County Jail and the child has been safely released to family members. That makes me sad. Drinking and driving is bad. Drinking and driving with a child in your car is a horrible decision! He's lucky the child wasn't harmed.
Priceville Police Chief Jerry Holmes tells ABC 3340, "I want to remind the public that our department has a zero-tolerance policy for driving under the influence. This behavior not only jeopardizes the safety of the driver and their family, as demonstrated in this case, but also endangers the lives of innocent individuals. We remain committed to rigorously enforcing DUI laws and will pursue every available charge against offenders."
