A racoon was found inside a truck during a traffic stop in Ohio. That was not what police were expecting to find.

When you find a random box truck parked with its blinker on around 1:40am in the morning you never know what you might find inside the truck. It could be a drunk driver who fell asleep, someone living in their car, a criminal, a lot lizard, or it could be an animal like a raccoon! That's what happened here and I think it's safe to say it's not what officers were expecting to find during the traffic stop.

According to Cleveland 19, it happened in Doylestown, Ohio on the 100 block of Collier Drive. As officers approached the parked box truck with its blinkers on, they heard movement coming from inside. That has to be a scary moment when you have no idea what it might be! As they approached the driver's side door, they were reportedly greeted by a raccoon who was hanging out in the front seat, per Cleveland 19!

There's still no word on where the driver went or how the raccoon got inside the vehicle. Is it me or is there a thing about raccoons in cars lately? This is the second time we've talked about this happening on Dave & Chuck The Freak in the last month alone! They really are cute but you don't want to get too close!

That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
