One of my personal favorite moments of any show is when Dave decides he's going to make an impromptu phone call to someone. They never seem to disappoint and today was more of the same. We received an e-mail from a listener who passed along a business card about haircuts and Dave called the guy! How did that go? See for yourself
Well, it wasn't the craziest phone call that has ever been made on the show. And, we are almost certain that this is a real haircut business and not what the listeners suspected at all. After Cort was able to find the social media of the business card owner, we almost guarantee it's a legitimate thing.
Dave does ask some wild questions. What in the world is a "full-service" haircut anyway!?!
Lisa isn't wrong. A lot of people have a skewed image of the world because of this show. Not everyone wants to have sex with you, not everyone is looking to swing. We have admitted that some topics and revelations on the show have altered the way we view the world as well.
So, was this more than just a haircut? Probably not. We aren't going to do a follow-up phone call to dig any further so if you happen to meet this dude in Tennessee and find out for yourself, I guess pass the results along. Can't say it's a great idea or a safe one!
