A DoorDash driver allegedly returned to a residence with a gun demanding a tip! I guess they already know where you live.

That's one of the major problems with DoorDash and other delivery services--these strangers now know where you live. That means if you do something to upset them, like not leave a good tip, they know exactly where to find you. That can certainly be a problem and it appears that it was in this case! The incident happened in Vancouver, Washington where a resident says he got into a fight with the driver and realized during said fight that the man had a gun strapped to his waistband. Never a good idea to bring fists to a gun fight! See a video shared by KGW News on YouTube below.

How scary would that be? Add that to the list of reasons to go and pick-up the food yourself: the possibility of the delivery driver returning to your home with a gun. You do not want that to happen!

According to KPTV, 59-year-old Robert Delehant was the driver who came back to the home armed and demanded a bigger tip in cash. It's not even that they didn't leave a tip--he just didn't like the amount he received it sounds like.

Delehant was arrested after police arrived to the scene. Nobody was hurt during the incident. You have to be careful when you decide to order food to your house! Sometimes, it's better to go out and get it yourself if you're looking to avoid any problems.

That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
