You can develop some bad posture from spending too much time doing those things and this might be a way to help. Basically, adult tummy time means lying on your stomach for 10 or more minutes a day, just like a baby would do. It's supposed to help the damage caused by us spending a lot of time hunched over devices and electronics. People are starting to swear by it.
