Getting married is a big deal! It can take a lot of time and a lot of effort and work. However, it can apparently also come as a surprise. Make sure to check your mail carefully to ensure you haven't been married without your knowledge!

Texas Man Learns He Was Married Without His Knowledge

According to FOX 8, a 36-year-old Texas woman is now being held on felony stalking charges in the matter. Reports say a wedding was held without the groom present and without his knowledge! That's just crazy!

FOX 8 reports the 42-year-old Texas man found a package from his ex-girlfriend at his home that included a copy of a marriage certificate showing he was a married man. You never expect to find that. I feel like most people have a crazy ex, but it likely doesn't hold a candle to this ex!

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
