Pervert Of The Day: California Man Exposes Himself On VTA Bus

The California man who reportedly exposed himself on a VTA bus is our Pervert Of The Day! It's the title you never want to earn.

There are many bad things you can be called, but the Pervert Of The Day on Dave & Chuck The Freak certainly has to be up there on the list. This is not the title you want to earn. We talk about a lot of criminals and a lot of perverts on the show, so when you rise above the rest you must have done something really disgusting. This guy is no different it seems like. This guy allegedly exposed himself to several passengers and a Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority bus driver, per NBC Bay Area. 28-year-old Carlos Cruz Varela, of San Jose, has since been arrested for indecent exposure, battery, and an outstanding burglary warrant. An announcement obtained by NBC South Bay says, "The suspect engaged in lewd acts in front of passengers, exposing himself inches from a female rider, then moving to the front and assaulting the driver before getting off the bus near S. King Road & Tully Road in San Jose." Reports say community tips helped lead to the arrest. Those can always be helpful!
