This is not the first time a segment has gone off the rails! We started talking about hitchhiking and ended up discussing the BeeGee's. How? You'll have to find out for yourself.
We began a conversation about hitchhiking and ended up talking about the BeeGee's. Listeners were asked to call-in and share their hitchhiking story because we figured it was a lost art. We did found out that Cort has hitchhiked and no one was surprised by that.
One of our callers said that he was picked up by Harrison Ford back in the 90's. We weren't sold. And then, the calls had many technical difficulties and the stories just weren't very entertaining. And then, we got a text that said someone hitchhiked all the way to Florida because they were trying to date a singer in the BeeGee's. Seems farfetched, but you never know.
Well, that led to us listening to more of their music that any of us ever have or have ever wanted to. And, as the calls kept missing and the texts Jason tried to read were unfunny, we just focused on the oddness of the BeeGee's.
