Now, that's when you know you have some big ones! When you have to be put in a wheelchair because of them? Yeah, that's significant. A 22-year-old Brazilian woman, Thaynara Marcondes, had 22 pounds of excess tissue removed from her breasts by surgeons in a 10-hour operation, per The New York Post. In just a few months, her boobs ballooned to an extreme size which was triggered by a rare condition that's so rare there have only been a handful of cases worldwide. She's been documenting her unique journey on social media.

Marcondes says her aunt was the first one to point it out and she sort of brushed it off until strangers started noticing. She tells CNN Brazil, "I started going out on the street and people were staring and pointing. Once I went to the supermarket and people even started to think I was stealing products and hiding them in my breasts. Then I got worried."
It started getting bad where the boobs made ordinary daily tasks difficult to complete. It also gave her back, neck, and shoulder pain. Given the size they had to have hurt those parts of the body, that's a lot of extra added weight. She tells The New York Post that it was hard to cut her toenails and put on shoes they were so big.
The New York Post says at their biggest they weighed 26 pounds. In October, she underwent breast-reduction surgery an she says it was worth every penny. It's not all good, however. According to The New York Post, she lost all sensation in her nipples and will be unable to breastfeed moving forward but it sounds like those were all sacrifices she was willing to make. Doctors have also warned that they could grow back in the future so she'll have to be monitoring them constantly.
