Again, to earn the title of Douchebag Of The Day you have to do something that stands out above all the other people we talk about daily on Dave & Chuck The Freak. It's a lot of people so you have to do something special to separate yourself from the rest and it looks like this guy definitely did. A New York ad exec was arrested at a rooftop bar in Florida after reports say he peed off a balcony and hit several people on the sidewalk below. Imagine thinking it was raining and then you realize that it's not rain nor water hitting you--it's pee. Gross.

The incident happened at The Landing in St. Petersburg, Florida which describes itself as an elevated Hang Out, Balcony Bar. According to The Smoking Gun, 30-year-old Matthew Day was busted for disorderly conduct after cops say he entered the rooftop bar, pulled his penis out of his shorts, and urinated from the balcony onto the sidewalk. Reports say several people walking by were hit by the pee.

He was escorted out of the bar by security and placed into police custody. He was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct on the premises of a licensed establishment, which is a misdemeanor, per The Smoking Gun. Day is reportedly the co-founder of Ribeye Media and the firm's Head Of Client Success.
