Mugshot Of The Day: Florida Woman Recreates ‘Silly Mugshot’ From Previous DUI

A Florida woman recreated her "silly mugshot" from a previous DUI in her latest mugshot for another DUI. It's been named our Mugshot Of The Day on Dave & Chuck The Freak!

The Mugshot Of The Day is not the title you want to be given. That means of all the wild and crazy mugshots we shared that day--yours stood above the rest and that's really saying something because majority of the mugshots we look at are...interesting to say the least. 41-year-old Danielle Gonzalez is the subject of the latest mugshot of the day for recreating the silly mugshot she appeared in years earlier. In the mugshots, she rocks a unique look cocking her head to the side and sticking out her tongue. She might have gotten a laugh out of it but law enforcement doesn't see it the same way. Check out the mugshots shared by the Brevard Sheriff's Office below.

NBC Miami reports that Gonzalez was stopped at a traffic light but continued to sit there after the light turned green. She was then pulled over and started rambling about random things so she was asked to perform a field sobriety test. She admitted to smoking some weed and ended up not doing great on the tests and was arrested. Her breath test came back at roughly twice the legal limit, per NBC Miami.

She was then booked into jail where she recreated her "silly mugshot" from a previous DUI arrest in 2023. The Brevard Sheriff's Office said on Facebook, "Hopefully a Brevard County Judge will see the booking photo this time and take the appropriate action to keep Gonzalez locked behind bars for a little while until she realizes that her selfish acts are putting other's lives at risk." Right, that pose isn't going to help her out when it comes to sentencing. Nobody will be laughing, not even her.
