Have you heard of the Tea app? It's creating quite a bit of chaos in Metro-Detroit right now according to reports. It's causing issues in dating circles as people are fighting what they claim are false statements made about them online, per FOX 2 Detroit. Now, it's allegedly responsible for a significant amount of divorces in the area some people are claiming! Is there any truth to these claims? FOX 2 Detroit points out that it's been a real issue in Dearborn, a city just outside of Detroit. Reports say that it's a community where everyone knows everyone and an app like Tea can really disrupt things. Not only are people dealing with rumors but there have been instances of domestic conflicts that follow the rumors after people are accused of cheating. It's a real serious issue!

People are seeing posts about their partner on the app and it's leading to divorce. It could be real or it could be fake. You never really know. That's the problem with gossip. Now, it's going beyond word of mouth and has landed on the internet. We all know how people can be there, hiding behind anonymity.
