A Florida woman has been arrested after putting on a hot dog costume and toilet papering her neighbor's house. Sounds like an interesting neighbor!

This makes me think of the popular I Think You Should Leave sketch where Tim Robinson's character crashes his hot dog shaped car into a building while wearing a hot dog costume and then they all try to find out who's responsible. Only that is a comedy TV show and this is real life. It happened in St. Petersburg, Florida and the woman was arrested for disorderly conduct. That Florida woman has since been identified as Marcia Morgan and you can see her mugshot provided by the Pinellas County Jail below.

Florida Woman Arrested After Putting On Hot Dog Costume And TP'ing Neighbor's House

According to FOX 13 News, Morgan was upset that her neighbor was parking near her yard when the incident started. That's when they say that she was leaning against the neighbor's vehicle while in a hot dog costume. Then, she started ripping up toilet paper and placing it all over the vehicle. She's accused of being intoxicated and refusing to cooperate with the investigation, per FOX 13 News.

Usually, TP'ing a house is a classic prank. This is not one of those examples. This wasn't a harmless prank to mess with a friend, it was just a weird incident it sounds like.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
