Dave uses the phrase 'pretty good' a lot when describing something that is decent. One time you'd never want to hear "pretty good" is when you're in the bedroom. Well, a listener e-mailed us saying that's what her husband said to her during sex and says Dave has ruined that phrase for her.
A listener sent us an e-mail saying that Dave has ruined the phrase "pretty good" for her. She was in the bedroom doing some dirty talk with her guy. She asked him how something was, and he said "pretty good". For him, that phrase isn't a bad thing. The woman who sent the e-mail said she equates it to decent or not that great, because that is how Dave uses it.
So, we talked about some of the worst things you could hear in the bedroom. We all agree that "pretty good" is not a good thing to hear during sex. "It's okay", "I've had better", "delightful", "adequate", are all suggested by listeners. Which do you think is the worst?
Then, someone texted in saying that he hates when his lady calls him by his government name in bed. So, when Dave lists off his full name, Lisa and Chuck think his middle name is something you should never say in the bedroom. It's Gary, if you didn't know. Sorry to all the Gary's out there but we make a few comments about why that's a tough name to shout out while doing the deed. Obviously it happens, but Dave took offense because it's part of his name.
