Is running on all fours the new hot exercise trend? It's starting to look like it as more people are giving it a shot.

When you think of running on all fours, you might think of furries or people acting like animals and while it is quite animalistic it's not just for them. People are running on all fours and jumping on all fours in a movement that's gaining popularity called "quadrobics." I have never heard of that term before but it's apparently all over the place in gyms, at-home, and online now. People are showing off their bear crawls and cat leaps all over social media, especially TikTok right now. To make it even more animalistic, some people even wear furry masks and tails while doing it. Okay, it's starting to get weird. @Wild.Soleil is one account that has been getting a lot of attention for quadrobics.

While it's not just for furries--anyone can try it--but it does seem like a good exercise and activity for those who do like to dress up and act like animals. It's the perfect exercise for them. You can really let loose and let out your inner animal.

The best part? You don't even have to pay for a gym membership! You can do it at home, you can do it in the woods, you can do it at work--wherever! If you're going to take it up, Soleil recommends you start slow and recalls how she's snapped her wrist trying to do a jump before she was ready, per The New York Post. Don't get hurt trying this! Make sure you're ready and make sure to stretch!

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
