A Georgie nudist resort just hit the market for the low price of $1.8M. So, if your dream has always been to own and run a nudist resort now is your time!

There's a 42-acre property known as Serendipity Park in Cleveland, Georgia, roughly 2 hours outside of Atlanta, that has hit the market for $1.8M and it's a thriving nudist resort! This could be a nice investment or a way to finally live out your nudist dreams--while turning a profit. Compared to other nudist resorts we've talked about on Dave & Chuck The Freak, this one actually looks really nice! You don't need to come in and do many major projects or anything. It's practically turn-key! Check out the Zillow listing here.

According to Zillow, "This well-established resort offers a unique lifestyle experience catering to a discerning clientele seeking relaxation, freedom, and community." It looks nice! There's a pool, solar powered panels, and the inside of the homes and rec area are really nice.

It's also surrounded by beautiful land! This could be a cool purchase for someone. There is a catch, however. According to MSN, the real estate agent, Brittany Hall, says any buyer must agree to keep the property a nudist resort for at least 10 years. So, if you have plans to turn it into something else, this might not be for you. If you want to own a nudist resort then this is your thing. Start saving up that money. Maybe go in on it with a friend?

That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
