The Polish millionaire caught on camera stealing a signed hat from a kid at the US Open has issued an apology. What's up with CEOs these days?

Have you noticed lots of CEOs in the news lately for questionable behavior? It's almost like they think they can get away with anything. Unfortunately (for them), there's the internet and it never misses. So, if you think you're a CEO and can get away with having an affair out in the open at a Coldplay concert? Think again. A CEO who thinks they're intitled to take a signed hat from a kid at the US Open? Think again! The internet is going to find out who you are and you won't get away with it. Before we introduce you to Piotr Szczerek, check out his viral video below. Who takes a hat from a kid?

What a jerk! He knew what he was doing. The kid even confronted him right away! There are so many grown adults out there who still act like this it's ridiculous. You see it all the time at baseball games with fans catching homeruns or when players flip balls into the stands. You never take a ball from a kid, that's rule number one. Same goes with a signed hat.

It didn't take very long for the internet to identify the man who took Kamil Majchrzak's hat that was intended for the young kid. He was quickly ID'd as Piotr Szczerek from Poland. Piotr later realized his mistake and took to Facebook to apologize. There are lots of fake apologies out there but this appears to be his real one.

As for the kid who had the hat taken from him, it sounds like the tennis player made up for it and was able to find him and gave him some gifts. Good on Kamil for taking the time to find him to make things right. You have to look out for adults like this when you're out and about. Just because they're a successful CEO doesn't mean they can do whatever they want. Check out the happy ending to the story below.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
