If you listen to show at all, you know that there are a couple guys who are not a fan of bugs. Jason has talked about his aversion to bees and spiders for a long time and we found out Cort isn't a fan either. Well, Cort had a "winged insect" in his office and Jason of all people saved they day!
During a commercial break, Cort was afraid because there was a "winged insect" in his office. Dave started the next segment off by talking about how scared Cort and Jason were of the bug. Jason defended himself saying that he was not afraid but was trying to help Cort kill the insect.
So, Cort identified the bug as a deer fly and asked if anyone was going to kill it for him. Jason, of all people, jumped into action to save the day. He squashed the bug, leaving a bloody aftermath, and was very proud of himself. He wondered if he gets his man card back, which was stripped from him due to years of not reacting well to insects.
Cort said that Jason was his hero.
