An ice skater from Hungary just broke a pretty wild Guinness World Record--jump roping on an ice rink. Don't try this at home.

For many people, simply ice skating is hard enough. Now try to do that while jump roping! That wouldn't be easy even for an accomplished ice skater or jump roper. Doing it on ice brings an added challenge but Junior and Senior National Champion ice skater Eszter Szombathelyl, from Hungary, just proved it's possible. Guinness World Records says she performed the most rope skips on ice skates in one minute. She tells Guinness World Records it's her wildest dream come true.

The record setting event happened in front of a crowd in Sun Valley, Idaho back on July 25th. She did it 136 times while wearing ice skates which is really impressive.

Eszter tells Guinness World Records, "Everything is possible if you [sic] brave enough to work hard and give it your all. If you want something bad enough, then you have to create your own destiny to go after it. Thank you everyone for the support and kind words!"

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
