A Canadian man is facing charges after tunneling into his neighbor's apartment while she was out of town. He got into the walls, climbed up, and busted through her drywall like the Kool-Aid Man!
You would never think someone would be able to get into your apartment that way but here we are. It happened in Southwest Calgary. Sounds like the victim had been having issues with her downstairs neighbor and things were only getting worse. Looks like it escalated to a point that nobody expected! CTV News reports that after coming home from being away she discovered significant disturbances inside her home including a large hole in the floor. What made it even more weird is that the door was locked.

CTV News reports that 46-year-old Ben Edward Maize was charged with one count of break-and-enter with intent to commit criminal harassment, mischief to property over $5k, and 2 counts of disobeying a court order.
Mazie, who formerly worked as an Alberta real estate agent, is scheduled to appear in court later this week. How crazy is that? You'd never imagine someone could enter your apartment that way. That must have taken some serious effort.
