A woman in New Jersey is going viral online after stabbing another customer at Marshalls with knives she just purchased! It sounds like a chaotic scene.

Look, nobody wants to wait forever in the checkout line. You can see the end but it just never arrives. We've all been there. It can be incredibly frustrating waiting on customer after customer who seem to be taking their time--especially when you have places to be. However, that doesn't mean you can start to get stabby with a customer you think is taking too long in a checkout line. Apparently, something like that just happened at a Marshalls store in Kearney, New Jersey. ABC 7 NY reports that a woman was accused of stabbing another woman in the parking lot over the speed at the checkout line! See a video report shared by ABC7NY on YouTube below.

According to ABC 7 NY, 25-year-old Amber Thompson allegedly threatened to harm the woman in the checkout line. She then reportedly chased the victim down in the parking lot with one of the knives she just bought and stabbed the victim several times.

Thompson was later found hiding in the store's bathroom and the victim was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Thompson has since been charged with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of weapons, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and endangering another person. All of this over taking too long at the checkout line? People are wild!

The investigation remains ongoing. You have to be careful anytime you leave the house these days it feels like.
