A Delta flight attendant is going viral after accidentally deploying the emergency slide at the gate. Everyone makes mistakes at work, they just aren't often this public.

Have you ever messed up at work? Of course you have! Has that mistake ever gone viral online? Probably not! Unfortunately, that's now reality for this Delta flight attendant. Thankfully, nobody was injured but it was a costly mistake. Paddle Your Own Kanoo says it could cost the airline $70k!

Paddle Your Own Kanoo says it happened at the Pittsburgh Airport. Sounds like the flight attendant did end up apologizing to the passengers. Can't blame them for apologizing as the pilots ended up being stuck onboard the plane for much longer than anticipated.
