People will go to any length to get what they're after. This Maryland man disguised himself as a woman so he could record women in the bathroom. A person at the gym reported that this person entered the locker room and recorded her in the shower. That person has since been identified as 44-year-old Tshikundi Taty. Turns out, he was doing this at several gyms in the area and it wasn't a one-time thing it sounds like.
He has since been arrested and charged with multiple counts of peeping tom and other related offenses.
