A Florida man pulled a knife on a victim at a Miami Publix because he was taking too long in the bathroom. Sounds like this guy really had to go!

How many times have we heard stories like this on Dave & Chuck The Freak the past couple of months? There have been a lot of them! People really have to go to the bathroom and will do anything to get there and don't want anybody holding them up. This is why I always find incredibly private bathrooms and will go up to the third floor at work when I have to go. That way I don't have to worry about Dave kicking the door in when he has to go. The incident led to the arrest of 72-year-old Alfredo Brindis, per Local 10.

Thankfully, the victim was able to use his large bookbag to defend himself from the knife. Brindis that he really needed to use the restroom and that the victim didn't move so he took out a knife, per Local 10.

Brindis was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. To make things even weirder this all happened around 9am! Not the way you want to start your morning.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
