We say it all the time on Dave & Chuck The Freak, you never know what you might see inside of a Walmart. It's always a mystery. These Walmart customers and staff certainly didn't expect to see this when they arrived at the store. According to NBC Boston, 32-year-old Jason J. Ruggs has been charged with open and gross lewdness, disturbing the peace, and disorderly conduct. The incident happened just before 10am when police received reports of a man exposing himself. He fled before officers arrived but they quickly found him on foot and was taken into custody.

He's now expected to be arraigned in court this week. That would be a shocking thing to see when you're out shopping at Walmart. You'd never see it coming. Stuff like this makes me never want to leave the house! You never know what might happen out in public these days.
