When you think of "distracted driving" you probably think of people driving while texting or using their cell phone. It's one of the most common examples. However, it's not the only way you can drive distracted. Another example is peeing into a can of Budweiser while driving. It can be incredibly dangerous and not to mention dumb! You ever cut your finger on the lip of the can? You don't want that to happen to your penis! Plus, accidents can happen...and one did.

According to The Smoking Gun, 53-year-old James Howard rear ended another car and when officers arrived they noticed a large Budweiser beer can in his right hand which he moved to the center console. When asked to hand it over, he explained it was full of urine and not beer because he was trying to pee into it when he rear-ended the other vehicle, per The Smoking Gun.
Howard reportedly smelled of alcohol and had slow and slurred speech, per The Smoking Gun. Sounds like he knew he was in trouble because he told officers, "I'm going to jail for a long time," via The Smoking Gun.
The Smoking Gun says he had his license suspended earlier this month and has had 4 prior impaired driving convictions. This time, he was arrested for aggravated DUI, reckless driving, and driving with a suspended license.
