It's always important to know which restaurant you're at before you start ordering. You're going to have a hard time getting a Whopper at McDonald's and you're not going to be able to get Rally's at KFC. It just doesn't work like that. The Ohio man is now facing a list of charges after leading officers on a chase on his scooter. There's just one thing after another with this story. According to Cleveland 19, that Ohio man is 34-year-old Lysander Mosely. Cleveland 19 reports that when the staff told him they didn't serve Rally's food he became belligerent and threatened to smack an employee! See a video report shared by Cleveland 19 on YouTube below.

Sounds like when police arrived he took off on his blue moped and took off. He even reportedly flipped off an officer during the chase. He eventually lost control and fell onto the pavement (ouch) after being launched from the scooter.
He's since been charged with a long list of charges including disorderly conduct, OVI, no motorcycle license, reckless operation, and operation of motorcycle without a helmet. He also might be charged with failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer.
