An Oklahoma Uber driver was arrested after allegedly driving under the influence. Can you imagine having a drunk ride share driver?

If you've used a ride share regularly, then you might have some horror stories or tales of awkward rides. They tend to happen. However, you don't often hear about a drunk ride share driver. Usually they know better than that. Not always though it appears.

Oklahoma Uber Driver Accused Of Driving Under The Influence

An Uber driver in Choctaw, Oklahoma, identified as Justice Johnson, was arrested after allegedly driving under the influence and was stopped by officers with a passenger in the car, per News 9.

News 9 reports that when officers approached Johnson's vehicle they found a bottle of alcohol and a bag of marijuana. He was then placed under arrest for driving under the influence. His passenger was given a ride home by officers which they probably never expected. That would be a wild way to pull up at home. They certainly will have a story to tell for a while and it's a good thing they weren't hurt during the incident.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
