An 86-year-old man was left dangling from his roof after a leaf blowing accident. Who let him go up there?

An 86-year-old man should not be up on the roof blowing leaves. He should have a family member do it or pay someone to do it for him. There's no way he should be the one doing it, even if he insists. It's just too dangerous! You want to blow the leaves on the ground? Sure, go for it. But you're not getting up on that roof, old man! Thankfully, he was saved after a neighbor called 911--but it had to have been a scary moment for everyone involved. Check out a video report shared by Inside Edition on YouTube below.
