Playboy has announced the winner of their Great Playmate Search. 17,000 women entered hoping to be the next Pam Anderson.

This was quite the contest that really had people talking. Who wouldn't want to be the winner of the Great Playmate Search? According to Daily Star, 1.7M votes were cast by 200k fans in addition to a judging panel that selected the winners. When it comes to magazines, Playboy has to be one of the most iconic of all-time. Being a Playboy Playmate is quite the title. It used to be something people would dream of but it hasn't been as iconic recently but that might change with the Great Playmate Search.

Congratulations to Lauren Summer who ended up winning and will be the brand's next Playmate. Ines Trocchia won the opportunity to be inside the cover of the next issue as well. Summer is quite the star on Instagram and now she can take her talents to the Big Leagues with Playboy. See Lauren's TikTok here.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
