‘My Strange Addiction’ Lady Lies About ‘Vabbing’ To Try To Find A Man

Remember the 'Vabbing' lady from TLC's 'My Strange Addiction' that we talked about? Turns out she was lying the whole time!

Reports are now out saying she was lying about Vabbing--and she did it to try to find a man? Hold up. You're saying she thought this would help her find a date? Yup, and to make things even more weird--it worked! I guess all you need is some time on TV and that can change everything. People are the worst.

According to TMZ, Cassy, from Boston, claimed she vabbed 50 times a day thinking it would bring her more dates and in a way it did! If you didn't know, vabbing is when a woman uses her "feminine juices" as a form of perfume. She applies it on her neck, wrists, and more.

After going viral for her appearance on the TLC show, she admitted she was lying about vabbing and was actually addicted to alcohol. Sounds like she wanted to be on dating shows but was rejected (she believes it's because she's not attractive enough). So, she heard about the viral vabbing trend and thought maybe that could bring her the attention she was looking for, per TMZ.

So crazy that it seems to have worked! She's reportedly been going on a lot of dates and is receiving lots of messages on dating apps.

That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
