If your car is on fire, it's best you pull over. I know sometimes we want to keep driving when we have a flat tire but it can be dangerous and it's best to address it right away. The same goes with your car being on fire, I'd imagine. According to WESH, a Florida man has been accused of driving a car on fire on US 192 and was arrested on DUI charges. That Florida man has been identified as 60-year-old Patrick Rinaldi. He was charged for driving under the influence and refusing to submit DUI testing after witnesses say he stopped and eventually got back into the smoking car, per WESH. You can see his mugshot provided by the Brevard County Sheriff's Office below.

To make things worse, he wasn't alone in the car. WESH reports that his wife was inside the burning vehicle as well. The Sheriff's Office tells WESH, "As Deputies began talking to Rinaldi they realized there were even more problems as he smelled of alcohol. He said he only had one beer earlier, however, a bottle of liquor was located on the floorboard of the car, which in our line of work is called a clue."
Don't drive when your car is on fire! Read more from WESH here.
