Florida Man Accused Of Masturbating Outside Before Jumping Into Canal

A Florida man has been accused of masturbating outside of a home before fleeing and jumping into a nearby canal. Police believe he was high on fentanyl at the time of the incident.

This would be a wild sight to see. A Florida man was arrested after a homeowner reported catching him masturbating in front of his wife outside of their home, then urinating on the property, and jumping into a nearby canal to flee, per Margate Talk. That Florida man has since been identified as 38-year-old Andrew Mark McAvoy. You can see his mugshot provided by the Broward County Sheriff's Office below.

Margate Talk says McAvoy was masturbating in the yard with his hands inside his pants before further exposing his genitals once he was caught and continued the act. Then he started urinating. It's just one thing after another with this guy!

Police searched his backpack and belongings and reportedly uncovered 4 clear plastic baggies that later tested positive for fentanyl, per Margate Talk.
