The former employee who broke into a North Carolina Little Caesars and started selling pizzas is our Idiot Criminal Of The Day on Dave & Chuck The Freak. Did he earn the title?

The former Little Caesars employee was arrested after 2 separate breaking and entering incidents at the restaurant. It sounds like something you might see in a movie or on TV but this is all too real. The former employee has been identified as 41-year-old Jonathon Hackett. According to WCTI 12, he broke into the Little Caesars and prepared pizzas, sold them to customers, and kept the money. You can see his mugshot provided by the Kinston Police Department below.

According to WCTI 12, during the 2nd incident he broke into the business but this time employees were still inside. They tried to stop him which led to a physical altercation. Hackett ended up having to go to the hospital to have his injuries treated.

Additionally, he was arrested on several charges including: felony breaking and/or entering, felony obtaining property by false pretenses, felony larceny after breaking and entering, misdemeanor breaking and entering, and a city curfew violation, per WCTI 12.

Can you imagine running a pizza place by yourself after hours and even selling pizzas to customers? That would be a wild experience. I guess he had the literal experience as a former employee so he knew what he was doing. However, you still can't do that.

Cort Freeman was born and raised in Metro Detroit. He was named Clarkston High School 2009 Class Clown 13 years after graduating. Totally normal thing to happen. That’s thanks to his time spent as an Intern at Comedy Central and Social Media Correspondent for The Colbert Report. Cort has done comedy across the country, both standing up and sitting down. When he’s not trying to make you laugh on-air and online, he’s probably at home enjoying his favorite shows like Seinfeld, South Park, and The Office. He’s also totally uncomfortable writing about himself in the third person. Cort enjoys writing about comedy, food, sports, and entertainment. So, basically anything and everything.
