Pennsylvania Woman Gets Trapped Inside Car Wash For An Hour

How did a Pennsylvania woman get trapped inside a car wash for an hour? This would be a nightmare scenario for some people!

I admit, the car wash can be a scary place. The way the stuff moves, the sounds it makes, and the fear of being stuck--it can be scary. This incident happened in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania and left the woman stuck inside the car wash for an hour! That Pennsylvania woman has been identified as Felicia Sullivan and she shared her experience on TikTok while waiting to be freed. She seems to be a good sport about it because I don't know if I would have handled it the same way. I don't see myself waiting a full hour to be freed. According to UPI, the car wash system abruptly shut off and the doors closed leaving her inside with her car still covered in soap. The video shows her trying to use an emergency button inside the wash but it won't work. She then tried to knock on doors to get attention and call for help but was unsuccessful.

She ended up having to call 911 and officers were able to free her from the car wash. Thankfully, Sullivan and her car were not harmed during the incident. The car wash owner ended up apologizing with a stack of gift cards. Hopefully that's enough for her to overcome her trauma.
